Evaluation of Diversity among Soybean Genotypes via Yield Attributing Traits and SSR Molecular Markers

Introduction: As an important source of nutrients to humans and animals, soybean is considered be a major crop.
 Objective: The present study has been executed identify diverse genotypes on account different morpho-physiological microsatellite molecular markers.
 Study Design: Data for Morpho-physiological traits were recorded from experiment conducted under field conditions in RBD design whereas work was Laboratory.
 Place Duration the Study: at College Agriculture, Gwalior, Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, M.P., India during Kharif 2018-19.
 Methodology: document morphological physiological related yield its attributing soybean. Total 32 markers also used laboratory analyze variability among genotypes.
 Results: analysis 53 revealed presence considerable level variability. Phylogenetic tree based grouped into minor cluster. Major cluster had fifty while only three genotypes. Among polymorphic markers, highest genetic diversity (0.66) Satt520 whilst lowest (0.037) Satt557 with average 0.35. PIC value 0.59 prearranged by 0.036 Satt557. An allele frequency 0.69 while, 0.32. Microsatellite markers-based data one cluster.
 Conclusion: Molecular confirms investigation. obtained investigation may contribute towards improvement develop high yielding varieties considering good agronomical hybridization programme.
